Cooling-off period
As part of the online sale, you have a period of 14 days after reception of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to use this right, please notify us by mail or by email (dimatexofficiel@gmail.com) then return the product to us within a maximum of 14 days postage
prepaid.
DIMATEX will refund the amount paid at the time of the order, provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Customized products are non-refundable.
DIMATEX does not bear the cost of return.
